Q. Why do I see K and P Sales
Paypal.com , FLOGOMAKERS,or THEFREELOGOMAKERS on my credit card
statements??
A. Depending on your payment method , different things will appear
on your credit card statements. All of these names still reflect
payments from www.thefreelogomakers.com. These are naming conventions
set by our 3rd party credit card processing, and cannot be controlled
by us.
Q. How do I get a free logo ?
A. We no longer offer free custom logo design. We do however offer
free logo generators. Click here.
Q. How much does it cost to get a custom
logo or website banner ?
A. We no longer provide custom logo design . Pre-designed
unique logos start at $50.
Q. I have an assignment where I need to make
a fake company can I get a free logo for my company?
A. No. We do not provide free services for any logo that has potential
to be used for commercial purposes - even if it's for a fake company.
Q. How much does it cost to get an animated
banner ?
A. We no longer offer this service
Q. Do I have to pay before I get samples?
A. No. We have a no risk order process. THis means that you can
get your revisions and designs done BEFORE you make payment. You
are not obligated to pay if you don't like the final design by the
end of the order process. You do however forfeit the rights to the
samples - if you decide to cancel your order.
Q. What happens to the samples I don't buy?
A. We retain ownership of all samples not bought. Most of them are
altered and then placed for sale in the quick buy section where
we sell pre-designed logos.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept credit card payment through paypal as our credit card
processing company. You do not need to sign up to make payment.
You can make direct credit card payments through our payment system
with paypal. We do not accept checks.
Q. What stops me from running off and using
the sample you gave me?
A. All of our samples are watermarked. It would take a skilled graphic
designer to remove our watermarks. Furthermore - in cases of theft
- we do pursue legal action against companies who illegally use
our designs.
Q. Do I own the free graphics
that you made for me?
A. No. You are free to use them as you please provided you do not
use them for any commercial purposes. We still reserve to display
them on our site as our works. Furthermore those designs may be
purchased by someone at a later date.
Q. What if I see or get a free logo design
that I want to own ?
A. We provide free templates that people ca use as a base for their
own designs. These are available to the public.
Q. Do I own the graphics I purchased?
A. Yes you do. We will post them on our site as previous works unless
you notify us telling us that you do not want them displayed. You
are free to use them as trademarks, logos or anything else you can
conceive.
Q. Can I give you some works of art to add
to my request?
A. Yes you can.
Q. How many revisions can I get on a graphic
request I am purchasing?
A. Quick Buy Predesigned Logos can have 5 revisions. We are flexible
- if you go slightly over the limit there is no charge.
Q. How will I receive my graphics?
A. All graphics are transferred by email and download links.
Q. What formats can I receive my free graphic
in?
A. You can receive them in jpg.
Q. What formats can I receive my purchased
graphics in?
A. You can receive them in ai, jpg, gif, png, tiff, pdf, eps, bmp,
and/ or psd. Note that all purchased graphics will be delivered
in at least two of these formats (one will be in psd or ai).
Q. What is psd format?
A. A PSD file is a Photoshop document. It will allow another graphic
designer to edit the files if you want to make changes to it in
the future.
Q. What is AI format ?
A. AI stands for adobe illustrator. It is the original format of
an image. It will allow another graphic designer to edit the files
if you want to make changes to it in the future. It is a vector
format image that can be resized to any size.
Q. What is EPS format ?
A. EPS stands fo rEncapsulated Postscript File. It is a vector format
image that can be resized to any size.
Q. How long does it take for my free logo
to arrive ?
A. This service is no longer available
Q. I made a request – but no one has
contacted me and I have not received any samples! Who can I contact
?

Q. How do I get a refund for my gear with
my logo that I purchased ?
A. All refunds and printing is handled by cafepress.

Q. Can I get a refund on a logo I have purchased?
A. Unfortunately - no. Since you were charged for a service - once
the service has been rendered - it cannot be unrendered. Since we
do not charge upfront and you only pay for an approved final product,
we have a no refund policy.
Q. Can I get an adult rated design ?
A. If there is adult content in the design - you will have to provide
the content. Furthermore - you must be 18 to provide us with adult
content to place in a logo for you.
Q. What is the advantage of purchasing the
photoshop bundles ?
A. The bundles have all of the styles bundled so you will not have
to deal with the tedious task of downloading each one by one.
