This page was created to help you with our order process. There is a tutorial on how to place orders and a walkthru of our order process.This walkthru explains all of the steps for ordering one of our predesigned orders. The custom order process is nearly the same except you will place an order without picking the design you want in advance. We hope this will help you in navigating our system.

Walkthru :

You can start by choosing the link to logos in the menu on our homepage. This will take you to our predesigned logos. Once you click on that link you will be able to see all of the unique pre-designed logos that we have in our current inventory.

Once you have clicked on that link you will be in our pre-designed unique logo section. From here there are several paths that you can take. We have designed a convenient shopping cart system which allows you to shop and compare between designs. You can click on the button below the "click here to buy now" button to add a design to your shop and compare cart!

Once you have added a design to your cart you will receive a notification that the design has been added. It will also let you know how many designs you have in your cart. From here you can either view your cart or use some of our convenient search tools to navigate our large inventory. For example you can start by filtering your results by color.

Searching by color will limit your results to whatever colors appear in the design. Each image is coded for all sorts of details like color, objects, industry etc. If you want a red logo or a logo with red in the design - simply choose red and only designs with the color red in them will appear. This is to assist you with finding your design.

If you need to search for something more specific you can do a single word search. This allows you to enter a single term to search our logo inventory with. You can use words like swoosh, sign, printing, staffing, agency, red, blue, green, car, transport, wild, bold, strong, strength etc. Any words will do as our designs are also coded for concepts as well.

We also have our designs sorted by industry categories. You can use the drop down menu to filter your results to designs that we have geared towards a specific industry.

Once you are done searching and you are ready to order a design, you can click on the "click here to buy now" button. This will take you to the first step of the ordering process. Remember that we offer a no-risk logo order system which does not require you to make payment to get an order started. Your order can be submitted and you can receive samples without ever paying a dime up front. You can even request revisions before you pay for the design once you have received your samples.

This is the first step in ordering a pre-designed logo. These designs are unique. They are NOT template logo designs. You will not see them posted on any site anywhere else because they are all designed in house. Make sure that you put the proper information in the proper fields. This will assist the design team in getting through your order quickly. The Name field is for your name. This is how we will address you. The next field is for your logo details. Please place your company name in here. If you have an order type that includes stationery - you can include the information you want on your stationery files in this field as well. Furthermore if you have a question to ask - or a special request for your design - you can place it in this field as well.

Once you have entered in all of you information - you will be taken to a confirmation page that will display the information being inserted. Some people have had trouble when hitting the confirmation button on this page. Please note that even if you receive an error - your order will be submitted. You will soon get an email from our design team regarding your order.

In about 24 hours you will receive an email from our design team. This will be an invitation for you to view your logo order samples. Our team may send you anywhere from 1 - 5 samples depending on the design. If your text fits perfectly in the initial design - there will be only one sample. If they have to reshape the design to match your text you will have several samples.

Once you open this email it will have 2 major links as well as your order details. Use the link to view your samples FIRST. Please make sure that you have reviewed the samples before you make payment.

Once you click on the link to view the samples - you will be taken to the revision page. On this page you can do several things. The first thing is to review the design. That is Step 1. If you like the design go to Step 2. If you don't like the design or you want changes - go directly to Step 4. On Step 4 you can request revisions and correspond directly with our design team. If you want one of the samples - go to step 2 and put the sample # that you wish to purchase. If you have only 1 sample - then you don't have to complete this step. Finally you can go to Step 3 and click on that button to make payment. It will take you to a paypal page. Remember that even if you don't have a paypal account you can make payments without signing up.

Below is a screenshot of the paypal payment page. Please note - the name on our paypal account is K and P Sales. The order will display your order type and the order number. Please note the button to use if you don't want to make a payment through opening up a paypal account.

Normally within 12 hours from the time of payment you will recieve an email. It takes us that long to put together all of your files for your order. You will receive a download link to get your files. They are always in a zip file.

Below we have listed all of the components of our packages. We hope these detailed explanations will help you understand the different elements of our logo packages :

Layered Original Artwork – This is your original artwork. This is the most important file you will receive. Being layered means that the different parts of the design are in separate layers. This is important to have if you plan to have future upgrades or plan to use your design elsewhere. We always include the layered original artwork so that you are not trapped by a design that cannot be changed. Your original artwork may be in Photoshop vector or Adobe Illustrator format. Both formats are vector based.

EPS Vector Files - EPS stands for Encapsulated Post Script. This is your vector format of your image. This is transparent and can be transferred onto any background. This applies for the Black and White version also. The EPS file is most likely the file that you will give to a professional printer to reproduce. Since it is vector, it can be scaled infinitely larger without loss of detail.

Transparent PNG File – This is a format of your design that is in a web format. It is transparent so you can place it on any background. It is sized to 2000 pixels wide so that you can downscale it for any web project that you have. This is added for your convenience. This applies for the Black and White version also. You can open your PNG file in any graphic editor and save it with a new background color for integration into your web projects.

8 sized Jpegs – These are your flat raster versions of the design. Unless specified during your order correspondence – these images always have a white background. They are not layered so they only work on white backgrounds. You can always request to have the background color changed on these or you can simply use your transparent PNG file. This applies for the Black and White version also.

Stationery Templates – These are Microsoft Word documents. They are preformatted with your logo design and formatted with designated areas for addresses, telephone numbers etc. They include a standard envelope format, a full letterhead and a business card layout. The business card layout is designed to work with Avery print-at-home business cards product number : Avery template 8773 . This applies for Black and White stationery too.

Watermarked Templates – A watermarked template is a stationery template letterhead as listed above with a watermark image added into it. We format your letterhead word document to have a custom watermark image themed on your logo design. It is them made so that it appears behind your text every time that you use the template. This is good for companies who want to create official letterheads one sheet at a time!

Fax Cover Sheet - This is a fax coversheet template. It is a Microsoft Word document that will already be formatted with your logo design and an attractive layout for fax transmissions.

Flash Logo - This is an animated version of your design. By default they come with white backgrounds, but you can always request a different background.You can always request multiple backgrounds for different versions at no additional charge. You will receive the original artwork - the flash *.fla file as well as the swf files used for displaying the logo. This file is also delivered in animated *.gif format. These are perfect for web use and visual media projects. Below is an example of a sample animation.

3D Logo - This is an animated version of your design. The design is animated in 3D giving a dazzling professional look to your standard logo. These are perfect for web use and for visual media projects. This is a perfect addition to branding your logo design. They come with a default white background. You can always request multiple backgrounds for different versions at no additional charge.

Animated Banner Design - This is a 468 X 60 or 720 X 90 banner design. You can determine which size that you want. You can either take this at the time of delivery or request it later when you are ready to use it or have a website that is ready. The design can be animated or a static banner design. Banners are an important part of advertising your website or business online. Below is a very generic banner to display a sample order. The banners delivered will have more detail and be relevant to the content you request.
