Ownership Of Designs We Create

If we design samples for a custom logo order and you choose not to purchase the designs, you forfeit any claim to the designs. Unsold custom artwork is placed back on the website for sale as a predesigned logo. The design cannot be purchased by the original customer at the pre-designed price with the same text as the initial design if the customer rejected the design. We also maintain the rights to the design. A customer may not take a design we created and take it to another designer to replicate it. This will result in copyright infringement.

Our designs are sold as is. No two customers will receive the same design. All of our work is custom work, although it may include clip art in the design. You own all rights to the design as a whole, however ownership of the individual elements is not implied. This is common practice amongst graphic designers. We do not use templates to create our logo designs - the designs are created by us and therefore unique. For clarity, an example of a clip art element may be using the shape of an apple that we have colorized and themed to match your design. In no case is the clipart the entirety of the design. The design is sold as is in its entirety. We reserve the right to display logos we create for customers on the website as samples of work in our portfolio. Should a customer wish to not have their logo displayed, they may send us notice of such a request by email.

Newsletters
By using our services and ordering a free design, you are automatically subscribing yourself to our newsletter. This email list generated will not be shared with third parties nor will it be sold. The newsletter will come out on a monthly basis. You will have the option of removing yourself from our mailing list on the site and within the email newsletters.

Collection of Information
Please note that we only collect IP addresses to track trends in people who order excessively. We like to serve everyone fairly but we have been inundated with orders from the same person changing names and email accounts. It is unfair for us to be tied up doing these orders when there are many other people who also deserve to get a free design! We never store these IP addresses in a database - and they will not be retained in our system. They are simply for identification purposes. We do not believe in selling information - and any email addresses collected will not be sent to any third parties.

Payment Details
All payments are handled through our 3rd party credit card processing company - Paypal. Upon request you can send money orders for payment. We do not accept personal checks for payment. This is done for your security. Paypal allows people to pay with all forms of payment, from a savings bank account, checking account, credit card, etc.
